Sebron Flenaugh III

– pronounced (Sa’bron Flen’naw III)

Sebron is a graduate of the inaugural graduate program at CSU Maritime Academy, where he earned an M.S. in Transportation and Engineering Management (MSTEM).  He has also earned an M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine’s Graziadio’s School of Business and Management, as well as a B.B.A. in Transportation and Logistics and a B.S. in Economics from Iowa State University. Sebron has served for two years on the California Maritime Leadership Symposium, volunteered with the Bay Planning Coalition since 2012 and attended Port of Oakland commission meetings for more than two years.

After spending a successful twenty-five year career in operations and human resources, with organizations such as Mobil Oil Corporation, Target Stores, The Home Depot, and a few Silicon Valley start-ups, he was inspired by the MSTEM graduate program at CSU Maritime Academy to start the first Charter Management Organization of schools in NorCal, with the first projected to open in the Fall of 2018.
